Overview
Rights only count when they are properly recorded and firmly defended. We keep every register entry current and speak for the partnership wherever it needs a voice.
Changes to the partnership, property transfers and land charges all require formal filings. We prepare them with notaries and track them until the entry has been made.
As the KG’s general partner we are its legal representative. We deal with authorities directly and, where proceedings require a lawyer, instruct and steer specialised counsel.

Yes. As general partner we are the KG’s legal representative. For proceedings that require a lawyer, we instruct specialised counsel and manage the case on the KG’s behalf.
Commercial register filings are submitted to the competent register court; land registry applications go to the Grundbuchamt responsible for the property.
Our company is registered in the commercial register of Amtsgericht München under HRB 252756. Official extracts are available via the German commercial register portal.
